The final balance must be paid in full at least 1 week prior to your event via the payment methods mentioned above.

There is a 10% Insurance & Service fee that covers any broken/stolen equipment that may occur due to human error at your event. This includes barriers, bubble balls, barriers, and all other equipment that PartyPlumo provides.

Deposits are non-refundable. However, PartyPlumo will honor the deposit for another day.
Clients are ultimately responsible for ensuring their location is a proper place for PartyPlumo events (for example – backyard being spacious enough for PartyPlumo activities, permit acquired for parks that require one). Should PartyPlumo have to cancel due to any reasons outside of PartyPlumo’s responsibility, the deposit (50%) will not be refunded.
